I have found cheap Aer Lingus flights, and great value in a Disney owned hotel!
Flying in on the Thursday, you can catch your bearings in Disney Village, grab dinner and meet characters in the Disney Hotels. Then you are free on Friday/Saturday to visit Paris, do a PSG stadium tour, visit the aquarium or get some serious retail therapy done at Val D’Europe shopping mall and premium outlets! If doing 3 days in the parks from 17th-19th March, you might catch some special St. Patrick’s Day fireworks and festivities before flying back on Wednesday 20th March at a nice time for school the next day.
I’ve also included a (slightly more expensive) option to get park days for your ENTIRE stay. It’s actually unreal value for 7 days the parks!

The base room-only price of 6 nights from 14-20th March is 1058 EUR with AttractionTickets.com’s “Build Your Own Disney Stay” (AF link).
3 day 2 park tickets will cost 838 EUR in addition to the 1058 EUR Hotel room, BUT you can get a FULL 7 days of park tickets (AF link) in your full Disney package for 2131 EUR.
